As a .Net Developer, you’ll be responsible for creating robust, scalable and stable applications to meet the needs of the business today and in future, contributing heavily to the coding standard and culture.

Requirements

  • The full lifecycle of technical projects from inception to deployment

  • Researching and deployment of new technologies to drive the business forward

  • Develop technology, products, and systems in projects

  • Writing clean code, encouraging and maintaining exceptionally high coding standards

  • Create well-architected solutions

  • Embrace agile methodologies

  • Build automated testing to maintain code quality and stability

  


To be successful in this role, you will be:


  • .NET experience (including .Net Core)

  • A ‘commercial’ business thinker

  • Proficient in C#, databases and some familiarity with front end systems.

  • Experienced in TDD and CI/CD

  • Passionate about technology with excellent communication and reasoning skills

  • Able to accept other approaches and proactive in how you approach your work.

  • Capable of a deep understanding of the tools, libraries, and frameworks you’ve worked with and have the ability to explain and educate others

  • Capable of writing clean and maintainable code. You’ll also recognise poor code and drive yourself and others for better solutions

  • Capable of quickly understanding large and complex systems
